Starts Casablanca/ends Marrakech

Day 1: Arrival day in Marrakech menara airport:

we will pick you up from the airport to your hotel in Marrakech, we choose close hotels to the airport and takes only 15 min to drive. Once we arrive the hotel we offer welcoming tea to you and after will show you your rooms, after your guide will give you briefing about you tour in Morocco in the reception. bed with breakfast included.

Day 2: Marrakech-Casablanca-Rabat:

After breakfast in the hotel, we will drive to Casablanca takes about 3 hours’ drive to get there, then visit one of the largest mosque in north Africa Hassan II mosque, visit takes 1 hour and possible to go inside the mosque because it’s the only mosque we will visit in this tour, after we will head to imperial and capital city of the kingdom of Morocco, we will visit Hassan ruined mosque tower and the mausoleum of the Moroccan kings Mohamed 5 and Hassan II, after we will visit the roman ruins of Chella, then head down to the coast to visit Oudaya Kasbah on top of the hill, there you will enjoy nice view to the Atlantic ocean and to the whole Rabat old medina, lunch will be at Capri restaurant beside Moroccan Parliament. bed and breakfast.

Day 3: Rabat-Meknes:

We will drive today to Meknes via Salé colonial, before arriving another Imperial city in Morocco with it high walls for protection, today we will visit old medina starting by old granaries of Heri Esswani, it was a place for 12000 Arabian horses, beside this granaries there is a big pool used to irrigate the whole king gardens in his palaces in Meknes, after we will head to visit Meknes founder king mausoleum and the huge gate Bab Mansour imperial city, after lunch possible to visit one beautiful Koranic school in medina, then it’s free time to explore the rest of the town .Hotel with breakfast

Day 4: Meknes-Moulay Idriss-Volubilis-Fez:

In our way to Fez we will go to visit the remains of Roman city of Volubilis visit guided and takes 1h30min, and Moulay Idriss town the founder of Morocco’s first imperial dynasty, It is a place for Moroccans pilgrimage, it wasn’t visited by non Muslims till few years ago, lunch will be here, after we will head to Fez which impresses it’s visitors and is an experience not to be missed. Night in the hotel with breakfast,

Day5: Fez guided tour:

Meet local guide for the tour at the reception, visit starts here we will drive first to the king palace in the medina only from outside with amazing decoration in the gates, after we will walk little bit into Jewish quarter named Mellah means salt because the Jewish people known about trading salt in Morocco, we will drive to visit one of control Borjs used long time as military control point, after that we will drive to visit the Pottery factories as Fes know about this, then drive to Old medina known as Fes AL Bali first to experience daily life in medina souks before we arrive at big tanneries where people dying the leather, from here we will walk to the Oldest university in the world called Al Quaraouiyin with its koranic mederssas in the whole medina used to teach and learn Islamic rules still working today, after the mosque we will walk to visit mausoleum of Fez founder Moulay Idriss, possible to visit some cooperatives where people do works at metal, cooper and embroidery as Fez know as Moroccan handcraft capital. Night in the hotel,

Day 6: Fez-Middle atlas-Marrakech:

Today we will head to Marrakech via nice mountains of middle atlas, passing by lots small cities and plain of Tadla used for agriculture, stop at supermarket to get picnic for today as it is long, and arrive Marrakech in the afternoon night in the hotel.

 

Day 7: Free day at Marrakech,

We have some optional activities to do here in Marrakech at this off day.

-Hammam and massage in one of best baths in medina,

-cooking class,

-Day trip to the heart of Atlas Mountains,

-Camel trek in the atlas,

 

Day 8: Departure day:

You might like to extend your holiday to Morocco by having a stay in the Atlas Mountains for a glimpse of mountain Berber life; or to spend a few nice day to the Atlantic coast at Portuguese town of Essaouira.
